Held at Trinity College of Music in the breathtaking surroundings of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London, the third year of the Camac Days focuses on the exploration of early and contemporary music.This unique partnership between Trinity and Camac Harps, offers harpists of all abilities the opportunity to listen to and learn from renowned harpists from around the world.
 There will be solo, jazz and chamber music recitals from Trinity College of Music harp students, early English songs with harp and lute, baroque continuo and contemporary improvisation classes, plus new works for acoustic and electric harp in collaboration with Trinity’s composition department. AND - find out about Camac’s new Midi Harp! Young Parisian star Constance Luzzati will make her London debut; Isabelle Perrin and Jakez François will share a recital - Jakez will be playing jazz with Tim Sampson and Fergus Ireland. Frances Kelly and David Miller will give a concert of early English harp and lute repertoire. Trinity’s Head of Harp Gabriella Dall’Olio will open the festival with premieres by Tim Jackson, Amir Tafreshipour and Errolyyn Wallen. Sioned Williams will present a lecture-recital about collaborating with composers on diverse new works, and you can experience Rhodri Davies’s workshop on improvisation, graphic notation and texts that aid improvisation.
