No full-time home/EU undergraduate student commencing their course from September 2008 will have to pay fees before they start university or while they are studying.
Students will repay these fees once they have left university and are earning over £15,000.
The undergraduate fee level will increase annually until 31st July 2011 by not more than the rate of inflation, or as specified from time to time by Department for Education and Skills if this differs from indexation.

Eligibility criteria to pay home/EU fee levels are available on our website. In general, students of EU nationality who have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA (i.e. not for the purpose of full-time education) for the three years prior to the commencement of their course will qualify.
