Emer McDonough and Julian Coward Join Trinity College of Music
Trinity College of Music is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of staff to the Wind, Brass and Percussion Faculty. Emer McDonough (principal flute with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Britten Sinfonia and Orchestra of St John’s) and Julian Coward (sub-principal flute with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra) will join TCM in September.
Ian Mitchell, Head of Wind, Brass and Percussion at Trinity College of Music says: “Both Emer and Julian are top-class performers and educators. We’re excited to be adding them to a faculty which already boasts high profile performers and teachers from the chamber, orchestral and contemporary music worlds.”
McDonough and Coward will be teaching students across the College’s BMus and MMus courses.
