Congratulations to TCM student trio The Greenwich Trio – violinist Lana Trotovsek (Postgraduate Advanced Diploma), pianist Yoko Misumi (Flexible Programme of Study) and ‘cellist Stjepan Hauser (Fourth year Bmus).The talented trio have won first prize in the “Carlo Mosso” International Music Competition in Alessandria, Italy after a stunning performance of Brahms’ Piano Trio No. 2 in C major, Op. 87. They were also awarded two special prizes: "Carlo Mosso 2008" for achieving 100 out of 100 points and “Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria". Stjepan and Lana played on new Cornelissen instruments generously given to them by cellist Bernard Greenhouse of the Beaux Arts Trio who has called the group “the New Beaux Arts Trio”.
