Paul Chapman |
Paul Chapman has a wide experience of the flute repertoire through holding positions with English National Opera, The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra and London Mozart Players.
While in Hong Kong during the 1980s, he created and ran a Department of Alexander Technique Studies at the Academy for Performing Arts. Paul now teaches at TCM, co-ordinating the work within the Faculty. He is Module Leader of Alexander Technique as an Elective Study in the BMus (Hons) Course. This reflects the high regard with which this work is held amongst professional musicians and those who train them. Paul has introduced Alexander Technique into the Junior Department at Trinity College of Music and is seeing an increase in uptake. |
