Sun 1 Nov, from 10.30amThe 2009 British Horn Society FestivalClarendon Muse, Watford Grammar School for Boys Members of Trinity's Chamber Orchestra have been invited by Roger Montgomery, Chairman of BHS, to play with horn soloist Szabolcs Zempleni (Bamburg Symphony Orchestra), on his first visit to the UK, and with Tim Thorpe (Principal, National Orchestra of Wales) at this annual Horn Festival which includes talks, performances and interviews with many leading horn players.

The Keyboard Faculty present a one day event dedicated to the piano and organ works of Stephen Montague. The day will include an illustrated lecture, analysis and coaching and two concerts of keyboard works.

Trinity students perform for Canadian Double Bassist Joel Quarrington. A professor at the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, Joel has taught Masterclasses at prestigious schools in the United States and the UK. He was Principal Bass with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra from 1991 to 2006 and is now Principal for the National Arts Centre Orchestra in Ottawa under the direction of Pinchas Zukerman.
