Please make sure you print out, complete and send in both forms together.

Please post your completed forms to: Trinity Summer Singer course, c/o Professional Skills Dept, Trinity College of Music, King Charles Court, Old Royal Naval College, London, SE10 9JF.

Please remember to include your booking payment of £75.00 (this is refundable if we are unable to offer you a place on the course). Once you have received an offer of a place on the course, the balance of the fees are payable by return.
