100%
of Trinity Laban 2007/08 Graduates in Employment/Further Study
On July 16
the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) published its Research and
Employment Performance indicators.
These statistics detail the percentage of first degree leavers in employment
or further study six months after graduation for every Higher Education
Institute.
Trinity Laban Conservatoire of
Music and Dance is proud to announce that 100% of its 2007-08 graduate cohort
is in employment or further study*. Trinity Laban is one of only four Higher Education providers who have achieved this.
Anthony
Bowne and Derek Aviss, Joint Principals of Trinity Laban said: “We are very
proud of this fantastic achievement.
At Trinity Laban we pride ourselves on providing our students with the best
artistic training and with the skills they need to succeed in the professional
world. These statistics show that this
strategy is working. They also fly
in face of anyone who would question the employability of arts graduates!”
Trinity
Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance comprises contemporary dance centre Laban
and Trinity College of Music – both leaders in their respective fields. A creative and cosmopolitan community
of performers, composers, choreographers, teachers and researchers, Trinity
