In the interests of greater openness and accountability across the public sector, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires the College proactively to make information publicly available. Under Section 19 of the FOIA, each public authority must produce a publication scheme. This publication scheme sets out the categories of information already published, or to be published in the future, and how this may be accessed.
Publications provided on the website are free to access in that format; however, much of the documentation is currently under review pending formalisation of the the merger with Laban and will become available on the website during the coming academic year. Where a hard copy is requested, the College reserves the right to levy a charge to cover the cost of printing. Additional charges may be incurred for special formats or where special circumstances apply. All requests for information to be supplied under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 must be made in writing to the College Secretary at the address found at the top of this page.
Information will be supplied as soon as possible following receipt of payment in respect of any charge levied. Information regarding availability of archives is under review and the publication scheme relates only to current documents. Historic/archive documents are not readily available and duplication of these items would attract additional fees.
